Products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately.
Product images, mockups, digital renders, colors, dimensions, finishes, and other visual representations may differ slightly from the final physical product due to printing, manufacturing, screen settings, photography, or production changes.
Material changes affecting an existing order will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.
Pre-Orders
Products identified as pre-orders are not available for immediate shipment.
The Bar Manager Blueprint hardcover is currently expected to begin fulfillment in January 2027.
This timeframe is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.
Payment for a pre-order is collected when the order is placed.
Additional conditions applicable to pre-orders are described in our Pre-Order Policy.
Prices
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the website.
The current pre-order price for The Bar Manager Blueprint is $39.99 USD and the planned regular retail price is $74.99 USD.
We may change prices or promotions for future purchases at any time.
A price change after you have placed and received confirmation of an order will not change the confirmed product price for that order, except where correction is permitted or required by applicable law.
Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or other charges will be displayed or handled as required during checkout.
Orders
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact information supplied during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious pricing or technical errors, inability to fulfill the order, or misuse of the website.
Where an order is cancelled by us after payment has been collected and no lawful deduction applies, the relevant amount will be refunded.

Purchasing the book does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights in its content.
